Военбомжи в Киеве / Military Vagabonds
Держава Україна, як член Організації Об’єднаних Націй, взяла на себе зобов’язання (в особі Міністерства оборони України) щодо вирішення існуючої проблеми та забезпечення родин ветеранів з Ломоносова 45 адекватним житлом.
Питання щодо забезпечення нас та наших родин житлом знаходиться на контролі у Верховного Комісара ООН з прав людини!!! За час, який було виділено Міністерству оборони України надано житло лише 8-ми сім’ям військовослужбовців (із 10-ти запланованих у 2010 році), решта 40 сімей 31 грудня 2011 року можуть опинитися просто на вулиці. Це межа!
Як наслідок, зобов’язання, взяті Державою Україна в особі Міністерства оборони України будуть невиконані, а це може зашкодити іміджу України як правової держави.
In obedience to Constitution of Ukraine, Housing Code and other Laws of Ukraine said in, that nobody has no authority to force evict the veterans of Armed Force of Ukraine and a adequate housing is fixed them in by them the chosen place of residence.
On December, 31, 2011 the term of our residence outflows in a dormitory.
In order that to evict us all terms of moral and financial pressure are created on us and our families.
These all actions create the threat of our life and to the health, which protected the state of Ukraine, and also threat of development our family.
We ask you, in accordance with the decision of 10-session UN of Human Rights from March, 9, 2009 and report of the UN Special Reporter Rakel Rolnik on a question about adequate housing (# A/HRC/10/7 and Add.1-4) and also provisions of Optional protocol of the International pact about civil and political rights to protect our right for adequate housing as part of human right on life for shutting out of discrimination and elimination us like social group.
We ask for Your help, because in the Ukraine we used all methods for solving our problem.
After December, 31, 2011 we all will apear in the street: we and our families and will homeless (40 families).
You are our last hope on protect of our rights and life.
