Despite the restrictions on gambling, there are a few exceptions that allow horse racing competitions in the UAE.

All of the aforementioned rules ensure that gambling betting becomes much more complex than in the whole world, where a player can simply place a bet in the traditional way.
The prize can only be paid to the winner who wins the competition with his own strength and skills.
The payment of a prize to a third party (a person not participating in the competition) will go beyond the acceptable limits - thus, this type of activity will immediately fall under the category of illegal gambling.
